Day of Giving Helping to promote charitable giving
Jersey Mike’s Subs raised $3.4 million for their Day of Giving on March 30th 2016. They gave 100% of their sales nationwide to more than 180 different charities.
The total amount raised for month of March was $4 million. This was Jersey Mike’s 6th Annual month of giving.
During the month of March Jersey Mike’s customers were invited to come into their local restaurant and make a donation. Since Jersey Mike’s began their month of giving back in 2011 they have raised more than $12 million.
Started in 1956 Jersey Mike’s now has more than 1,100 restaurants nationwide.
The president of Day of Giving; Brian Hussey had the privilege of visiting and eating at one of Jersey Mike’s restaurants in Gilbert Arizona on March 30th. They where celebrating their grand opening as well as raising funds for the Day of Giving.
